Five Core Configurations

Feed System

Customized feeding systems in various configurations are available to accommodate different types of workpieces and machine tools, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. These systems ensure a continuous workflow and enhance productivity. Flexible tray designs adapt to workpiece dimensions, enabling efficient placement of varying sizes, maximizing space utilization, and extending unmanned operation time.

Robot Tooling

Standard robot toolings are available as optional equipment, while custom non-standard toolings can also be provided.

Pneumatic and electric toolings, Adjustable serrated fingers, Quick-change systems and interchangeable toolings, Air blow-off, Ejectors can be configured.

Jig

The zero-point positioning system enables rapid, precise, and automated changing and positioning of workpieces on the machine tool table.  It significantly reduces non-cutting time and supports flexible automation for small-batch, multi-variety part production. the system allows extended periods of unmanned operation.

Safety System

the workstation is equipped with safety light curtains and safety sensors, providing a higher level of security for customers. If human intrusion is detected, the robot will immediately stop moving. It will resume operation only after the area is cleared.

Robot FMS

Robot FMS software integrates multiple functions including inventory management, work order management, production scheduling, parameter configuration, real-time monitoring, digital twin simulation, and manual debugging.

(Robot FMS) Production Management System

Robot FMS serves as the core of production management, offering robust functionality to control the logical operations of the entire workstation. It coordinates production activities and sequences among robots, machine tools, material storage systems, inspection equipment, RFID devices, and other peripherals. Additionally, it plays a key role in safety protection, fault diagnosis, and error handling.

Robot FMS software integrates multiple functions including inventory management, work order management, production scheduling, parameter configuration, real-time monitoring, digital twin simulation, and manual debugging. It enables dynamic visualization of production status, provides clear oversight of production control, automates workflow processes, standardizes production techniques, and supports flexible intelligent manufacturing.

Configuration

 

The system can be configured with corresponding material parameters, processing equipment, gripping toolings, and storage information based on the specific processes of different workpieces. Preparation before machining can be completed through simple parameter settings.

Workstation movement is controlled by human operation.

Work Order

After issuance, the system automatically calculates the optimal processing sequence based on the production plan through scheduling. It can integrate with MES or ERP systems to receive task information and enable data exchange.

Digital Twin

Leveraging virtual reality technology to enable digital twin capabilities, delivering a richer and more immersive interactive experience.

Monitoring

1: Track daily production data including planned quantity, completed quantity, pending quantity, and abnormal quantity.
2: Record daily OEE data for each device, covering power-on time, production time, standby time, and alarm time.
3: Display active alarm messages. Cleared alarms are archived in the historical alarm log.
4: Monitor the status of configured equipment.
5: Track input and output signals of devices.
