Double Spin Robot BR Series
Designed to overcome the limitations of traditional robotics, the Double Spin robot incorporates a unique dual-axis rotation mechanism. Unlike conventional single-axis robots, its dual rotary joints enable 360-degree flexibility in confined spaces, optimising tasks such as assembly, material handling or surgical assistance. This design addresses the growing need for compact, highly dexterous automation solutions in urbanised environments and miniaturised production lines.

Core Technology
BR Series Dual-Spin Robots, domestically pioneering the dual-spin mode and structure, represent a model of domestic industrial robots breaking through via innovation to build core competitiveness.
Targeting market characteristics like the confined workspaces of machining centers in China's 3C industry, and the fact that stamping robot applications mostly involve small-part high-speed stamping, a high-speed vertical articulated robot was specifically developed to meet such application demands.
This robot is the first to introduce the dual-spin concept. It can not only perform all the functions of a standard universal six-axis robot (external rotation), but can also rotate from within its own structure (internal rotation).

Proprietary Dual-Spin Structure

The robot BR series can not only move from Position A through Position B1 to Position C via rotation of Axis 1 – known as the External Spin Function – but also achieve motion from Position A through Position B2 to Position C via synchronized motion of Axes 2, 3, and 5. This enables the robot forearm to enter a Coincident Configuration with the upper arm, which constitutes the Internal Spin Function
Compact Footprint Design
Featuring an Internal Spin Structure specifically engineered for CNC High-Speed Machining Centers and High-Speed Punch Presses, the robot achieves seamless Inter-Station Transfer within Confined Spaces ≤800mm. It ensures Collision-Free Maneuvering at Maximized Speed Performance, while requiring only Base-Only Footprint Occupancy for stamping applications
Wide-Range Motion Wiring Design
The Wrist Assembly (Axes 5) utilizes Bevel Gear Transmission to achieve an External Offset Configuration of the End-Effector Joint Assembly (Axis 6) relative to the Forearm Assembly. The Axis 6 Cabling is routed through Wrist Joint, supported by a Cable Support Bracket before entering the end joint, thereby enabling Wide-Range Wiring for Axis 5 Motion
Multi-Sensory Perception
The BR Dual-Spin Robot, equipped with multi-dimensional sensors enabling multi-modal perception, is a safety-certified industrial robot. It features intelligent voice interaction, lead-through teaching, and real-time collision detection & safety monitoring, achieving symbiotic interaction among humans, robots, and the environment. Simultaneously, it maintains the core industrial advantages of high-speed & high-precision operation, heavy-payload capacity, and industrial-grade reliability
Appilcation Video
Collaborative Robots CR Series are widely used in the electronics industry, automotive sector, machining industry, educational institutions, among others.
