Loading and Unloading Robotic Workstation SML Series Introduction

The SML series workstations are simple and economical automated loading and unloading solutions designed for small machine tools. Ideal for short-term and small-batch production, they feature modular-designed trays that allow quick changeovers and offer high cost-effectiveness. These workstations are compatible with various types of equipment, including small lathes, 3-axis/4-axis CNC machining centers, and drilling centers.

The workstation consists of an operation panel, robot, tray, and tooling. The robot serves as the control system of the workstation and collaborates with external equipment to complete the entire loading and unloading process of workpieces.

It is compatible with 7kg and 12kg collaborative robots and employs a dual-station tray design to enable uninterrupted processing, allowing material loading and finished product retrieval without the need for shutdown. Equipped with laser sensors to ensure operator safety. Standard interfaces include Ethernet and aviation plugs—users only need to connect the network cable or aviation plug to establish communication with the machine tool.
