Loading and Unloading Robotic Workstation ML Series Introduction
The ML series workstations are designed for automated loading and unloading of heavy and complex parts. Featuring multi-layer customized storage racks with high capacity, they are equipped with robots available in 10kg, 16kg, and 25kg payload options. These systems offer high load capacity, extensive coverage, powerful functionality, and exceptional flexibility. They can be deployed as fixed stations or configured in a flexible one-robot-serves-two-machines setup. Ideal for large equipment such as lathes, turn-mill centers, 3-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
The ML series robotic workstation comes standard with industrial/collaborative robots, customized toolings, material bins, safety laser sensors, Ethernet and aviation plug interfaces, as well as the production management software Robot FMS. It offers rich functionality, high flexibility, and user-friendly operation, enabling quick wiring, rapid deployment, and meeting diverse customized needs.
