Industrial Collaborative Welding Robot

The industrial collaborative welding robot integrates collision detection into the welding application. When the robot comes into contact with external objects (experiences external force), it can quickly detect the collision and stop the welding operation, enhancing overall safety. The drag teaching function is applied to welding path programming, simplifying the teaching process.
Collaborative welding robots (Cobot Welding) feature lightweight design, safe human-robot interaction, and easy programming—ideal for small-batch and high-mix flexible welding applications.

  • Lightweight Design

    The robotic arm has a self-weight of 23kg, allowing for easy transfer between welding stations. The welding workstation can be integrated onto the vehicle, enabling rapid deployment across different work environments.

    The system supports compliant drag-to-teach programming, offering both Cartesian-space and joint-space dragging modes for rapid and precise positioning of the weld seam. Weld points can be quickly recorded using the teach pendant button on the drag handle.

    The system allows quick configuration of welding machine parameters and process settings. It supports various weaving patterns as well as multi-layer and multi-pass welding processes.

    Does not occupy a fixed space and can be moved away after welding is complete. The magnetic base can be securely attached to steel plates in any orientation.

    Supports drag-to-teach programming for setting weld points and comes with a built-in welding process package. Regular operators can become proficient with only 3-5 days of training.
