When the robot comes into contact with external objects (experiences external force), it can quickly detect the collision and stop the welding operation, enhancing overall safety. The drag teaching function is applied to welding path programming, simplifying the teaching process.

- The robotic arm has a self-weight of 23kg, allowing for easy transfer between welding stations. The welding workstation can be integrated onto the vehicle, enabling rapid deployment across different work environments.
Drag-to-Teach Programming
The system supports compliant drag-to-teach programming, offering both Cartesian-space and joint-space dragging modes for rapid and precise positioning of the weld seam. Weld points can be quickly recorded using the teach pendant button on the drag handle.Comprehensive Welding Process Suite
